    PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
    Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, the following application for permit was received on May 22, 2023:
    Michael Lynn, 300 East Hampton Springs Ave, Perry, FL, 32347 has submitted an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) application number ERP-123-246042-1. The project is located in Taylor County, Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 7 East, and includes 2.69 acres of impervious area on a total project area of 5.67 acres.
    Interested persons may comment upon the application or submit a written request for a staff report containing proposed agency action regarding the application by writing to the Suwannee River Water Management District, Attn: Resource Management, 9225 C.R. 49, Live Oak, Florida 32060. Such comments or requests must be received by 5:00 PM within 14 days from the date of publication.
    No further public notice will be provided regarding this application. A copy of the staff report must be requested in order to remain advised of further proceedings. Substantially affected persons are entitled to request an administrative hearing, pursuant to Title 28, Florida Administrative Code, regarding the proposed agency action by submitting a written request after reviewing the staff report.

    NOTICE
    Pursuant to Section 2.13(B) of the City Charter of the City of Perry, Florida, notice is hereby given that the City Council had Introduction and First Reading on Ordinance No. 1027 on May 23, 2023 in the City Council Chambers, 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida. A Public Hearing and Final Reading on Ordinance No. 1027 is scheduled for June 13, 2023 in the City Council Meeting Room, located at 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing may be continued to a future date at the meeting, without further legal notice in the local newspaper.
    Any interested persons may appear and be heard on the aforementioned public hearing date. Notice is also given, pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105 that any person deciding to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting will need a record of that meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.     AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA, FOR THE REGULATION OF TOBACCO FREE PARKS IN PERRY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT, PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES, FINES, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
    CONCERNING SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE CITY OF PERRY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF PERRY, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the City of Perry Land Development Regulations, as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Land Development Regulations, objections, recommendations and comments concerning the special exceptions, as described below, will be heard by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Perry, Florida, at public hearings on June 5, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard, in the City Council Meeting Room, City Hall located at 224 South Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida.
    (1) SE 21-05, an appeal by the First Assembly of God Church of Perry, Inc., to request a special exception be granted for a modification of an existing special exception to add a food pantry as an accessory use to an existing church, as provided for in Section 4.5.5 of the Land Development Regulations, located within a RESIDENTIAL, (CONVENTIONAL) SINGLE FAMILY-2 (RSF-2) zoning district, in accordance with a site plan dated March 22, 2023 and an appeal dated December 30, 2021, to be located on property described, as follows:
    A parcel of land lying within Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 7 East, Taylor County, Florida. Being more particularly described, as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 23; thence West 105.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence West 486.00 feet to the East right-of-way line of Courtney Road; thence Northwest 137.00 feet, along the East right-of-way line of said Courtney Road; thence Northeast 142.00 feet; thence North 73.00 feet; thence East 120.00 feet; thence North 210.00 feet; thence East 420.00 feet; thence South 210.00 feet; thence West 105.00 feet; thence South 210.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 5.28 acres, more or less.
    (2) SE 23-03, an appeal by the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida to request a special exception be granted for a modification of an existing special exception to add a jail housing addition and rehabilitation project to an existing public building, as provided for in Section 4.6.5 of the Land Development Regulations, located within a RESIDENTIAL, (MIXED) SINGLE FAMILY/MOBILE HOME-1 (RSF/MH-1) zoning district, in accordance with a site plan dated February 22, 2023 and an appeal dated April 13, 2023, to be located on property described, as follows:
    A parcel of land lying within Section 25, Township 4 South, Range 7 East, Taylor County, Florida. Being more particularly described, as follows: All of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 25 lying South of U.S. Highway 27 (State Road 20), and the North 379.00 feet and the West 1,068.10 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 25.
    Containing 9.50 acres, more or less. At the aforementioned public hearings, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the special exceptions.
    Copies of the special exceptions are available for public inspection at the Office of the City Manager, City Hall located at 224 South Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida, during regular business hours.
    All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
