Kacen Damari Brooks, nine-months-old, old fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on June 1, 2023, in Perry.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 4, at 11 a.m. at Joe P Burns Funeral Home Perry Chapel with Dr. Sinclair Madroy officiating. Interment services followed in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family received friend one hour prior to the service.
