County lowers Steinhatchee speed limits down to 25 mph

Although it was expected the Taylor County Commission would delay a decision until later this month on a resolution reducing the speed limit on nearly two dozen roads in Steinhatchee to 25 mph — including a nearly one-mile section of Beach Road leading to the county solid waste roll-off site — the board approved the changes in a 4-1 vote Monday night.
