Hart updates city’s 5-year capital improvement plan

City Manager John Hart presented updates to his “Five-Year Capital Improvements Program” for fiscal years 2023-28 at the city’s May 9 and May 23 meetings, outlining more than $32 million in projects planned for the next five years.
