Feagle abruptly leaves mid-meeting

In a statement to Perry Newspapers, Taylor County Commissioner Pam Feagle has issued a formal apology to the commission and the community for abruptly leaving Tuesday’s board meeting following a heated exchange with fellow Commissioner Michael Newman.
