Foley plant closure projected to impact 4,300 jobs in state

In addition to the loss of 525 direct jobs and another estimated 1,500 workers in associated support positions, Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) Foley Cellulose mill closure is expected to impact up to 4,300 jobs statewide.
