TCDA focuses full resources in response to GP mill closure

The Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) met in an emergency meeting Tuesday morning in an effort to find a solution that would avoid the Georgia-Pacific Foley mill plant closure altogether or possibly minimize the plant’s downtime.
