Local businesses lodge complaints with council

Three local business owners – all with active or prior code enforcement cases with the City of Perry – appeared before the city council at its Dec. 12 meeting to voice allegations of harassment, selective enforcement and unprofessional behavior against the city’s Code Enforcement Department.
