On Monday, Feb. 26, the Friends of the Taylor County Public Library will present an in-person program featuring the Live Oak author Sydney Ann Clary.
Clary has authored more than 30 romance novels under a variety of pen names (including “Lacey Dancer”) and has won two lifetime achievement awards for her romance novels.
Her recent book, “Care Giving: Real Life Answers,” written under her own name, is a non-fiction piece, dealing with real people dealing with real problems.
She said she now writes what she wants to write, and has observed that “Life is too interesting to be reduced to a fairy tale.”
The program will be held at the Taylor County Public Library, located at 403 N Washington Street, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. There will be a door prize.
The program will also be livestreamed on Facebook.
