City Council opposed to ejecting Bacon St. family

After getting direction from the city council, City Attorney Hope Demps will seek to resolve a long-running property dispute lawsuit without taking possession of a Bacon Street residence sitting partially on city-owned property or ejecting the homeowners from the dwelling.
