Lawyer is arrested at the courthouse

An out-of-town attorney, who has been ineligible to practice law in Florida since October 2022, was arrested here Tuesday after first attempting to visit a client at the jail and then, less than hour later, attempting to appear before a judge to handle a first appearance case.
