Carlton, Glover want to stay on the job

One of Taylor County’s longest-serving school board members has filed notice she wants to stay on the job.

Brenda C. Carlton has registered as a candidate for her District 2 seat with Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland.

Fellow school board member, Danny Glover Jr., has also filed notice, seeking a second term for his District 1 seat.
