Perry woman arrested for DUI after driving the wrong way on U.S. 19/27

Rena Lynn Russell, 41, of Perry was arrested and charged with DUI (with person under 18 in vehicle), child neglect and other charges after being stopped while driving the wrong way on Hwy. 19/27 late Wednesday night.
