You’ve likely heard of cultural exchange students, but what about cultural exchange teachers?

Facing a total of nearly two dozen teacher vacancies for the upcoming school year, the Taylor County School Board is considering becoming part of a cultural exchange teacher program to help fill some of the anticipated shortfall.
