Reserve your spot for water bath canning workshop

The Taylor County Extension Office will hold a Food Preservation Water Bath Canning Workshop on Wednesday, June 10, from 2-4 p.m.

“If you are interested in learning more about food preservation, join us for our next class, which will focus on how to can pickles using the water bath canning method,” County Extension Director Lori Wiggins said.

The cost is $10 per person, and space is limited, so reservations are suggested.

Canning books are also available for an additional $15 each.
