‘Dogs display grit in Wakulla upset

Bulldog senior DJ McCoy (#5) breaks free for a 34-yard TD run late in the first half of Taylor County’s stunning 26-20 win over the War Eagles Friday night at Dorsett Stadium. After throwing key blocks to spring the run, #7 Jaques Price (left) and #62 Josh Griffin (center) celebrate. McCoy rushed 10 times for 111 yards and 2 TD’s in the first half before being knocked out of the game before halftime, but his teammates stepped up to carry the load and pull off the upset.
