Council approves budget, raises trash fee $2/month

In addition to taking a final vote on an ordinance that would increase garbage and trash collection fees by $2 per month, the Perry City Council is expected to approve its final 2024-25 budget and millage rate at an upcoming Sept. 24 meeting.
