Teachers, parents raising discipline matrix concerns

Teachers and parents have expressed concerns about a provision in the school district’s discipline matrix that would allow students who receive a “Level 3 referral” – for behaviors that range from drug possession to sexual assault – to participate in school-sponsored field trips.
