Register to race!

Registration is now open for the Florida Forest Festival Kids K (scheduled for Friday, Oct. 25) and the annual Festival Great Race, set for Saturday, Oct. 26.

Forms are available at 105 Cafe (located in the Old Depot in downtown Perry) and Top Form Fitness (located at 305 W. Green St.). Participants may also register online at https://runsignup.com/MemberOrg/BigBendFitnessClub.

The entry fee for the Great Race is $25 ($5 discount to all BBFC dues-paying members).

Registration for the Kids K is $15 per child with a $2.50 discount per registration when you sign up two or more children.

All proceeds from the race will be donated to disaster relief efforts for the Taylor County coastal communities impacted by the hurricane.

The Kids Kilometer event will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and will follow an estimated one-half mile course through historic downtown Perry.

The Great Race will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, and awards will be presented at 9 a.m.
