    TCI K9 team takes second at FDC statewide training, tracking event

    The Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) K9 tracking team solidified its ranking as one of the best Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) tracking teams in the state recently by taking second place in an annual K9 Training & Tracking Event held at the Chinsegut Hill Retreat and Conference Center in Brooksville.
