    First construction plans for new Dekle home approved

    These “before” and “after” Hurricane Helene photos show the devastation of numerous homes at Dekle Beach. One property owner became the first to submit plans to rebuild last week after his family home was destroyed (see story at left).

    While cleanup and repair efforts continue all along the Taylor County coast, the first signs of the rebuilding process are now on the horizon.
