James “Jim” Evans Culbreath, 81, passed away at his home in Perry on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, Jan. 11, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church. A military service and burial will be held at Bushnell National Cemetery, Friday, Jan. 24, at 1:30 p.m.
