Brock offers to buy city alley to alleviate code enforcement issue

Billy Brock, whose Hwy. 19 auto repair business (B&B Auto Repair) has been the subject of code enforcement actions concerning improper parking on the city’s right-of-way, is in the process of attempting to purchase a vacant, unused city alleyway adjacent to his property in hopes of alleviating the issue.
