Ralph Carlton Former longtime Clerk of Court Ralph Carlton died Monday, Jan. 6, 2025. He was 99. Funeral services will be held on what would have been his 100th birthday, on Friday, Jan. 10, at 1 p.m., a Burns Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from noon to 1 p.m. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
