Tree giveaway Jan. 17

Taylor County Master Gardener volunteers will host their annual Arbor Day Tree Giveaway today (Friday, Jan. 17) from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Grand Pavilion at Rosehead Park (located adjacent to the Splash Pad).

Available trees will include: American Elm, Blackgum, Pawpaw, Persimmon, Red Buckeye and Western Mayhaw.

Perry Garden Club members will also hold a Chili Fundraiser in conjunction with the tree giveaway and will also have hot chocolate for purchase.
