State, federal regulations preventing rebuild efforts

Dozens of local residents and business owners left last week’s workshop between the Taylor County Commission and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) upset over the lack of specific answers to their many questions regarding issues they are facing as they attempt to rebuild in the wake of the hurricane’s devastating September 2024 landfall.
