    TO: Jonathan Masson, Defendant, and to all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against Defendant, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
    YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for slander of title. The action involves real property in Taylor County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
    The action was instituted in the Third Judicial Circuit Court, Taylor County, Florida, and is styled RUSSELL PHILLIPS vs. BHAM BUYERS, LLC, a Corporation and JONATHAN MASSON.
    You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on John A. Grant, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 2121-C Killarney Way, Tallahassee, FL 32309, on or before February 27, 2025, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on John A. Grant or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.

    NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
    The Taylor County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting bids for PLANNING GRANT CONSULTING SERVICES IN TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA.
    Qualified firms or individuals desiring to provide the requested services must submit their bid package in an envelope or similar package marked: Sealed bids for “PLANNING GRANT CONSULTING SERVICES” IN TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA” to the Clerk of Court, 1st Floor Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to arrive no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on March 14, 2025.
