Former Chaparral demolished to make way for Zaxby’s

A demolition crew began tearing down and hauling away the former Chaparral Steak House building (more recently home to Casa Grande Mexican Restaurant) on U.S. Hwy. 19 this week, clearing the prime commercial real estate parcel for construction of a new Zaxby’s fast food restaurant.
