The Taylor County Commission is expected to resume budget discussions next week as it continues to seek ways to overcome an expected $3.3 million loss in property tax revenues due to the combined impacts of the closure of Georgia-Pacific’s Foley Cellulose mill and the damages inflicted by Hurricane Helene last September.
