Request for Qualifications for Construction Project Contractor Pre-Qualification
North Florida College (NFC) invites General Contractors to apply for pre-qualification in order to be eligible to bid on the construction of an approximately 5,435 sq. ft. Innovative Community Access & Networking (ICAN) Center on the Madison Campus of NFC.
To be considered, qualification statements must be submitted as prescribed in the RFQ-NFC-01-2025 Specifications Document available for download from the NFC website at https://www.nfc.edu/about/procurement-and-contracts/index.php.
Send responses, identified on outside with General Contractor Name & RFQ-NFC-01-2025, to NFC, Attn: T. Coody, Bldg. 3, RM. 19, 325 NW Turner Davis Dr., Madison, FL 32340. Response deadline to NFC is July 1, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. EDT. Emailed, faxed, conditional, late and responses delivered to the wrong location will not be considered. Later that same day, NFC will hold a public meeting in Bldg. 9, Rm. 20 at 10:30 a.m. during which a committee will evaluate responses received by the deadline and prepare a list of pre-qualified General Contractors who will be invited to bid on constructing the ICAN Center.
