TCDA officials say talks with GP are growing warmer about Foley mill site

Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) officials are expressing increased optimism about the future of the former Georgia-Pacific (GP) Foley Cellulose mill site, telling the Taylor County Commission that the ice finally “cracked” in their conversations with GP earlier this month.
