    Suspects break into store, steal tobacco, vapes

    The Perry Police Department (PPD) is investigating a break-in at the Star Food Mart located on North Jefferson Street, which was reported around 6 a.m. Tuesday, June 24. Two masked suspects used rocks to break through the glass of the store’s door before stealing an undisclosed amount of tobacco and vapes — all within the span of approximately 30 seconds.
