    Local businessman wants to buy 0.84-acre city-owned lot

    The owners of an adjoining property on Jefferson Street have approached the City of Perry with a request to purchase a small .84-acre parcel on W. Saxon Street that was once the site of a water well and well head housed in the dilapidated building pictured above.

    A local businessman and property owner is seeking to purchase a small .84-acre city-owned parcel located at 210 Saxon Street that once was the site of a city water well.
