Hundreds of shoppers head downtown

Hundreds of shoppers made their way around the downtown Perry shopping district for the first in a series of “3rd Friday” events on Friday, July 18. Willoughby Home & Interiors (above) was just one of more than a dozen businesses, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops that stayed busy during extended hours (5:30-9 p.m.) as visitors enjoyed music by DJ Danny Boy and visited vendor booths set up around the courthouse square.
