    NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    The Taylor County Planning Board will hold a public meeting August 7th, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., or soon after as possible, at the Taylor County Administrative Complex located at 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347 to consider petitions for variance petition.
    A variance petition V14-2025 by owner Mark Graham, 21111 Keaton Beach Drive, is requesting a 13’ variance on the front (roadside) and a 3’ variance on the North and South sides for a walk around. They would like to build a house 30’ x 55’ for total of 1650 square feet. The lot is 50’ x 100’ in a mixed use – urban development land use category to construct a new house.     A variance petition V15-2025 by owner Ronnie Gray, 1550 Ezell Beach Road, Perry Florida is requesting a variance of 5’ on the east setback and 10’ on the front setback, so he can have a 30’ x 45’ buildable footprint in a mixed use-urban development land use category to construct a new house.     A Subdivision preliminary application by owner Mark Pruitt, 12 First St NW, Steinhatchee, Florida requesting a preliminary plat review of nine 25’ by 150’ lots into four conforming lots. Two lots on the north section at 75’ by 75’ and two lots on the south end at 75’ by 150’ lots in a mixed use-urban development land use category to construct a new house.
