PPD seize crack cocaine laced with fentanyl, trafficking amounts of meth

Crack cocaine laced with fentanyl and trafficking amounts of methamphetamine were seized during an arrest Monday night, July 28, on the city right-of-way next to a vacant lot that has been the target of multiple citizen complaints regarding suspected drug activity on the property.
