    County urged to take possession of pipeline

    Supporting a proposal submitted by Gram’s Legacy property owner Andy Jackson (right), North Florida Economic Development Partnership (NFEDP) Director Diane Scholtz (center) told county commissioners both GP’s Fenholloway pipeline and the Foley Mill’s wastewater treatment facility represent “major assets” in the county’s ongoing efforts to attract new industry to the community.

    Local businessman Andy Jackson, supported by representatives with the North Florida Economic Development Partnership (NFEDP), is urging the Taylor County Commission to take steps to preserve Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) Fenholloway River wastewater pipeline – even if it means pursuing eminent domain proceedings.
