Commission makes no changes to employee insurance plan

In a year in which the Taylor County Commission has been grappling with budget woes due to losses in property tax revenues, the board has opted not to make changes to its employee health insurance coverage, which costs the county around $3 million annually for nearly 200 employees across all departments.
