Perry woman arrested after trying to run down 2 people

A Perry woman went into a full moon frenzy Saturday evening, Aug. 9, allegedly chasing down two individuals and challenging one of them to a fist fight, before attempting to run both of them down in her vehicle as they fled the scene on foot.
