    Council declines to support eminent domain resolution

    While agreeing that Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) 15.3-mile Fenholloway wastewater pipeline is a critical piece of infrastructure and valuable economic development asset, the Perry City Council took no action on a request that it pass a resolution in support of the Taylor County Board of County Commissioners using eminent domain to acquire the pipeline and associated wastewater infrastructure.
