Free Pet Vaccines Clinic slated Aug. 30

A Free Pet Vaccines Clinic will be held Saturday, Aug. 30, at Forest Capital Hall from 9 a.m. to noon.

No registration is required, and pet owners from any county or state are welcome.

All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.

Microchips will also be available for a small fee ($10).

This is a joint effort between Taylor County Animal Advocates, Hearts for Hometown Dogs, Big Bend TNR Cat Rescue, It’s Meow Or Never for Ferals, Inc. and #PetcoLove.

Taylor County Animal Advocates are also looking for additional volunteers, as well as the donations of funds, pet food, pet supplies (leashes/collars), toys and towels. Please contact the group via its Facebook page.
