Two-vehicle crash at Tennille

A late afternoon crash Friday, Aug. 15, at the intersection of U.S. 19 South and Highway 51 at Tennille involved an SUV and a truck pulling a boat and trailer. The trailer ended up a tangled mess, and the boat was left sitting in the middle of the northbound lanes. The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) has not released details of the crash.
