    City’s ‘Foley property’ will be marketed nationwide by Duke

    The City of Perry’s “Foley Property” – a 51-acre tract located directly across from Georgia-Pacific’s (GP) Foley Cellulose Mill on County Road 30 – is one of six Florida properties selected by Duke Energy as part of its 2025 Site Readiness Program.

    Taylor County now has two high-potential business and industrial sites being marketed nationwide by Duke Energy as part of its “Site Readiness Program,” which seeks to recruit companies looking to expand or relocate their operations to Florida.
