City compiles long list of major utility projects

“The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time,” Hart told the Perry City Council earlier this year on March 25, as he shared a long list of major capital improvement projects he hopes will be funded through Florida’s share of the CDBG-DR program (see related story).
