County considering $86 million in grant requests

The Taylor County Commission will hold a public hearing next week to discuss 10 potential Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant applications totaling nearly $86 million, ranging from coastal canal dredging, flood mitigation projects and road paving to an emergency shelter.
