City, county reject proposal to seek GP pipeline through eminent domain

The Taylor County Commission and Perry City Council have each rejected a proposal to acquire the Georgia-Pacific (GP) pipeline that previously served the former Foley Cellulose Mill and discharged treated effluent near the mouth of the Fenholloway River.
