A teacher employed by the Florida Department of Corrections (FDOC) working at Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) is being held on a $215,000 bond after sheets of paper soaked in methamphetamine were found in his car parked in the state prison’s parking lot during an “open-air sniff” of vehicles by a K9 team.
