    Blount suggests affordable housing at ‘Rock Building’

    Three-time Super Bowl champion LeGarrette Blount (left) and his sister Tareaka Blount (right) told school board members that the Rock Building site was “by far” their most desired location for an affordable housing development.

    The Taylor County’s School Board’s anticipated discussion regarding the future of the “Rock Building” took an unexpected turn Tuesday night when three-time Super Bowl champion – and Perry native – LeGarrette Blount expressed his desire to acquire the property for a proposed affordable housing project.
