PGC celebrates 95 years Sept. 17

The Perry Garden Club will commemorate its 95th year in Taylor County with a welcome-back luncheon meeting today (Wednesday, Sept. 17).

Refreshments will be served at 10:30 a.m., followed by a covered dish luncheon at 11 a.m.

Special guest will be Dianne Amburn of Wakulla, president of District III, Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, who will present the local club with FFGC’s “Precious Metals Status” of Blue Diamond, for 95 years of incorporation.
