DEP is questioning GP about Foley mill

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has issued a series of questions Georgia-Pacific (GP) must answer before moving forward with its application for a permit to move the former Foley Cellulose Mill’s effluent discharge site back near the mill instead of utilizing the Fenholloway River pipeline.
